Should a resident decide to leave before the end of the month, the rent is non-refundable. If a resident arrives in the middle of the month, the rent will be negotiated.

The maximum term for renting at Rosary House is three years. If a resident should need to stay longer than the limit, it will need to be negotiated and is done in exceptional cases only.
